Who we are
The AI Life OS Bootcamp (“we”, “us”) is operated by Richard Ogundele. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@aiosbootcamp.live.
What we collect
- Registration details — your name and email address when you register for a cohort.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.
- Support information — anything you send when requesting help with access or payment.
How we use it
- To deliver the bootcamp and give you access to the member space and WhatsApp community.
- To send you session details, joining links, reminders and post-cohort follow-ups.
- To tell you about related offers, including the optional VIP upgrade. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis (UK/EU users)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the bootcamp), on the basis of legitimate interests (improving and marketing our services), and with your consent where required — for example, marketing emails.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the bootcamp: our payment processor, email provider, hosting provider and community platform. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Retention
We keep registration and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access and meet legal obligations, typically six years for financial records. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@aiosbootcamp.live. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the member space may not work correctly if you do.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered attendees by email.
