1. What you're buying

A seat at the AI Life OS Bootcamp — a live, two-day online build running Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 August 2026. Session times are confirmed in your registration email.

2. What the seat includes

• Live attendance on both days
• Member space access
• Bootcamp community access
• Workbook and core resources
• Participation in all live exercises

The seat does not include recordings. Session recordings, the secret prompt and template library, advanced workflows and bonus implementation support are part of the optional VIP upgrade, offered separately after the live days.

3. VIP upgrade

VIP is an optional one-time upgrade available to attendees. It is not a subscription and nothing recurring is charged. Buying a seat does not obligate you to upgrade.

4. Refunds

If you attend Day 1, participate in the exercises, and finish the day without having built anything, email us within 7 days of the cohort and we will refund your seat fee in full.

If you cannot attend and let us know before the cohort begins, we will refund you or move you to a later cohort — your choice. If you simply do not turn up and do not contact us, we are not able to refund the seat.

5. What we ask of you

• Bring a laptop, a working connection and one real project.
• Treat other attendees with respect in the community and live sessions.
• Do not record, redistribute or resell session content or materials.
• Your access is personal to you and not transferable without our agreement.

We may remove access without refund for abusive behaviour or for sharing paid materials.

6. Results and claims

We teach systems and build alongside you. We do not guarantee income, business results, job outcomes or any specific financial result. What you get out of the bootcamp depends on the work you put into it. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

7. Third-party tools

The bootcamp uses third-party tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Codex. We do not control these services, their availability, their pricing or their terms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any tool you use.

8. Changes to the schedule

If we have to move or cancel a cohort, we will tell you as early as we can and offer you a place in the next cohort or a full refund.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials, templates and prompt libraries remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. Anything you create during the bootcamp belongs to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
